Rev. Jane Harrison
 Janie is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. She was trained as a Registered Nurse at York Hospital and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Millersville University. After a call to ministry, she graduated with a Master of Divinity Degree and has since taken doctoral classes at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, DC.
As a second career pastor, Janie believes the skills she learned in her nursing career are an integral part of her ministry. She and her husband Harry have three grown children, two daughter-in-laws, a granddaughter, four grandsons and four grand-dogs and two grand-cats. As you guessed, family is very important to her. Janie and Harry work together as servants of God and feel that God has called them both to ministry. They also agree that they have been blessed in many ways by the people they serve; God's mercy and grace is apparent in their lives!
